II Edition of La Bella Roma

In the laboratory of Trastevere, in the heart of Rome, you are expected!

ImaginArte invites visual artists to participate in the second edition of "La Bella Roma" in the heart of Italy.

Trastevere is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in the city. Its bohemian and quiet air is capable of charming any passer-by, attracting tourists and locals who choose the area to clear their minds and enjoy the art and great history reflected in its streets

-All participating artists will receive a free virtual catalogue certifying their participation (if the exhibition ends and you do not receive it, please request it by email)

-Topics and free themes

-Includes certificate of participation and individual invitation in networks

-They must be original works, ready for exhibition. No works with glass will be accepted.

-The maximum dimensions allowed for works on canvas are 80 cm wide x 80 cm high. There are no minimum dimensions.

- Transport included from Barcelona to Rome and back.

-Sales commission for 25%

-If you need a frame or framing service, please ask for a quote without obligation.

-Shipping and return costs to the imaginary facilities are paid by the artist and can be contracted directly with the gallery.

-If the work does not arrive in time, you can request a refund (with the deduction of the corresponding commissions depending on the type of payment chosen) or the amount paid can be reassigned to another exhibition.

- If the artist decides not to participate, he/she must notify the organizers 24 hours before the closing date of the call. If the artist decides to cancel the call, a 50% fee will be charged.

- Participation in the event implies full acceptance and compliance with the provisions of both these rules, and the criteria of the organizers.

- In case of actions outside the gallery, related to the Covid-19 or new state regulations, imagine contacting the participants offering them a solution according to the inconvenience caused.

* The opening is subject to the extraordinary security measures in force on the day of the exhibition and may undergo some changes. In the case of exceeding the limit of people allowed and to avoid crowding, access to the exhibition will be allowed in small groups of people. The exhibition can also be visited during the entire exhibition period.

Extended bases

The exhibition is convened according to the following rules:

All the artists who wish to participate, of legal age, country or origin, can do so, as long as the modality is in accordance with the purpose of the exhibition.

The work must be of his exclusive property and have been made only by the author or present the certificate of ownership of the work.

Works must be submitted ready for exhibition and may be signed.

Works protected with glass will not be admitted (if strictly necessary, they will be protected with methacrylate).

All expenses derived from the shipment and transport of the work to the ImaginArteGallery facilities, as well as its subsequent return to the author or participant will always be at the expense of the author or participant, and cannot be attributed, either partially or totally, to ImaginArteGallery.

The insurance of the work during transport will be voluntary for each artist and entirely at his or her expense.

Being the shipment, the return and all the derived processes, responsibility of the artist, ImaginArteGallery will not be responsible in any case for losses, breakages, losses, etc. of the presented work.

If you are sending your work from outside the European Union, please find out about the relevant customs formalities according to your country of origin. For your convenience, please take into account the value you attribute to your work for the purposes of customs fees. Also, your package must be sent with the DDP (DeliveredDutyPaid) regime - delivery with expenses paid. Should customs payments be required, the gallery will not be responsible for them.

If you send the documentation for the return of the work, please inform the organization and send it attached to the work and not to the box, and with a copy by e-mail. Selected authors who wish to do so will be included for free in the Imaginarte artist platform.

All times and dates mentioned in these rules are considered as "local" in Barcelona, Spain.

All the information regarding the registration to the event, the artist and the technical card of the work, will be sent correct, complete and revised through the online registration form that can be accessed by clicking on the registration button below (or by accessing it through this link): APPLICATION FORM).

The gallery reserves the right to take initiatives that are not reflected in the bases, as long as they contribute to the best development of the exhibition and do not substantially affect the essence of the show.
